Products are shipped to the delivery address supplied by the buyer. The carrier and tracking number are provided upon shipment.
The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without a reason within 14 days of delivery. The seller pays return shipping. Notice of withdrawal does not require seller approval.
After withdrawal or cancellation, the seller initiates the refund; the time to appear in the account depends on the payment provider and bank.
